Legendary Total Wellness & Longevity Spa is a 100% veteran- and family-owned wellness clinic serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Northern Arizona. Our mission is to help individuals optimize their health, improve quality of life, and support healthy aging through evidence-informed wellness services, advanced recovery technologies, and personalized care in a welcoming environment.

Timothy McGhee, MSN, APRN, FNP-C Founder & Owner | Legendary Total Wellness & Longevity Spa
Timothy McGhee, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is the founder and owner of Legendary Total Wellness & Longevity Spa. A proud United States Air Force veteran, family man, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Tim has dedicated his life to serving others—first in military service, then in healthcare, and now by helping individuals optimize their health and longevity.
With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Tim has cared for thousands of patients in both civilian hospitals and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare system. Before retiring from the VA, he worked in emergency medicine, where he treated patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while gaining extensive experience in high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environments.
Throughout his career, Tim recognized that traditional medicine often focuses on treating illness after it develops. That realization inspired him to pursue a more proactive approach to health—one centered on prevention, recovery, performance, and healthy aging.
As the founder of Legendary Total Wellness & Longevity Spa, Tim combines his medical expertise with innovative wellness technologies to provide personalized, evidence-informed care. His practice offers medically managed weight loss, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapy, biohacking technologies, recovery therapies, and aesthetic services, all designed to help patients feel their best and improve their overall quality of life.
Tim is also passionate about serving those who have served our country. As a proud veteran, he has partnered with the Legendary Veterans Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to wellness services and supporting the health and well-being of veterans and their families.
